Our Story

HavenIQ began in 2026 when we saw a family member experience a near disaster! We saw that one well‑placed sensor and an automatic shutoff could stop thousands in damage showed us the real, measurable value of thoughtful automation.

That moment shaped our approach: prioritize prevention, remove the setup burden, and teach people how the system fits their daily life. Today we bring that same care to installations across Thomasville, Winston‑Salem, Greensboro and nearby towns so our neighbors get technology that helps—not hassles them.

Technology has always been more than just gadgets to us — it's about creating homes that are more connected, more convenient, and better suited to help the people who live in them.

We actually met in the wireless industry — Courtney brings 3 years of experience there, and Jon brings 8, along with another 8 years in roofing and restoration. Together, that gives us a unique understanding of both the technology inside a home and the structure that protects it.

We're passionate about helping homeowners embrace smart home technology in a way that fits their lifestyle — not the other way around. We believe technology should be customized, practical, and easy to use.

As our own parents and grandparents get older, we've seen firsthand how valuable smart home technology can be. From smart locks and cameras to leak detectors, lighting, and automation, these tools offer greater independence for loved ones — and added peace of mind for the family who cares about them. Through Google Home or Apple Home, family members can stay connected to a loved one's home from anywhere — while also managing their own home, too.
